Payment and Delivery

PAYMENT:

To complete an order, we require a full payment to be organized over the web-site payment options.

Alternatively, please contact us directly, our team will send you the invoice, that can be paid via:

• Direct bank transfer (find our bank details on the invoice)

You'll receive an order confirmation via email, once the payment is received on our side along with the payment receipt.

Depending on the product you purchased, (standard or custom-made) and the courier service will be used - the lead time can vary.

DELIVERY:

• We deal only with trusted courier services.
• You'll receive a text message with the delivery date once your order has been processed.
• On the delivery day you'll receive a call from the courier prior arrival.
• Delivery is only available to the gate.
• If the site unattended, we'll leave the parcel in the safe place.

PICK UPS:

• You'll receive a message with the pick up date once your order has been processed.
• Once our team gets your order ready for collection, they will send you a message with the Reference Number, which you need to provide on the pick up to identify your order.
• Also you will receive the instructions about the pick up location, working hours etc.
• At the warehouse you'll be provided with the loading help. Most of the products are wrapped into cardboard for safe transportation.
